We have a one-week refund policy for products that are damaged.  Please provide proof of damages. We will refund purchases for products that the buyer has never received. Per our sustainable recycling policy, if the product is only slightly damaged but still usable, we encourage you to donate it to charity rather than discard it. We don't offer exchanges and don't accept returns.

Can I Cancel My Order?
